Scholastic Olympics

On Wednesday, October 26, 2011, Saint Theresa School in Kenilworth, NJ was one of twelve schools, a total of 294 students, who participated in the Roselle Catholic 40th Annual Scholastic Olympics held at Roselle Catholic High School in Roselle, NJ. Saint Theresa's School team consisted of eighth grade students: Conchetta Aronowitz, Brian Bokoske, Nicholas Cuppari, Rajiv Dave, Kyle Gniazdowski, Taylor Grant, Mark Liberal, Shannon Matier,
Katrina McCarthy, Erin O'Boyle, Pavan Patel, Gabriel Reis, Ulysses Reyes, Michael Ritter, and Brandon Schuster. The third place History plaque was awarded to Rajiv Dave, Michael Ritter took second place in Spelling. Katrina McCarthy and Brian Bokoske both received second place in English (girls and boys division). Brandon Schuster received first place in Current Events. Pavan Patel received first place in Math. Erin O'Boyle and Nicholas Cuppari both received first place in Religion (girls and boys division). Saint Theresa's School was awarded first place overall school and received a first place plaque as well as the annual rotating trophy that will be displayed in our front office for the school year 2011-2012.
